Is situated on the A 706 southbound exit road from the rapidly expanding town of Whitburn and close to developed and well let Burnhouse Industrial Estate, owned by West Lothian Council.
The original Norwood site comprised two separate semi detached industrial units each pf some 4.800 sq. ft. floor area which were built in around 1977/78 then 3 smaller units were erected in 1996, these varying in size from 1200 to 1600 square feet and then finally to complete the site development to the North, in 2003. there was built a complete secure operational depot comprising 2,250sq ft. of offices and 4,000sq ft. of industrial space all complete with yard space and parking.
